Recognizing that evangelism should be part of the Christian's lifestyle, the Christian Communication Network's purpose is to promote Christian values in the communities which we serve.
The radio ministry is to be a daily source of inspiration, encouragement and teaching to enable the Christian to evangelize for their faith. We need to provide this in a style that is consistant with our mission statement and our target audience. It is our responsibility to select all programs and music with the utmost care in order to bring this about.
From excellence in broadcasting we will encourage the radio listener's involvement in his local church and mission projects around the world. By word of mouth and advertising, our listening audience will become more committed to our Lord and CCN. With this commitment and expanded audience, we will be able to have a greater presence in the community.
We are committed to pursue to best technology that is within our means. With this we must concentrate on development in:
1. Personnel: We will be taking steps to enable our on-air personnel to develop a higher level of professional skills.
2. Promotions: We will be looking for new ways to promote both Radio 91, and 101QFL.
3. Ministry: We must never neglect the opportunity to minister. Ministry is accomplished not only through the "air" but also through events, promotion, and staff. We must be "salt and light" in the world we serve.

In obedience to the command of Christ to make disciples, we believe that Radio91 and the entire Christian Communication Network is called of God to nurture the institution of the family, and the wider Body of Christ in the following manner:
I. Provide instruction, inspiration, and information of value to the Christian family through:
a. Quality, practical Bible-based teaching and devotional programs.
b. Encouragement, music and entertainment.
c. News, weather and informative programs.
II. To serve as a catalyst for the Body of Christ in the community by using radio to:
a. Build understanding of the Christian faith.
b. Enhance the perceived credibility of the Christian family and the Christian lifestyle.
c. Enhance the perceived credibility of the local church.
d. Provide direct non-broadcast services and information to local Christian churches.
